LottoLucky top scratch-off pick of the day, ranked for your play style
Why this exists

Most lottery apps sell hype. The other ones sell tickets. LottoLucky does neither.

We pull live prize-pool data from state lotteries and run Monte Carlo simulations on every active scratch-off — every hour, every game, every prize tier — against the latest snapshot.

The long-term insights — how games actually pay out across their full lifetime, how new releases stack up against historical norms — come from data we've been gathering for years.

The honest goal isn't to help you play more. It's to help you see the math and decide for yourself whether scratch-offs are worth playing at all. If the simulator talks you out of a ticket or if you're going to play anyway and the app helps you pick the least-bad game for your goal, we call both a success.

Methodology and disclosures
Percentages are likely median net savings from a simulated $5,000 play session — i.e. the portion of the budget you'd retain by playing our top-ranked pick vs. the worst-performing game in the same price tier on the same day. Computed daily per (state, price), summarized as the median across states. Includes only currently-active games — those with more than 10% of their smallest-prize tier still unclaimed; near-end-of-life games are excluded. Per Monte Carlo simulations across active scratch-off games in CA, CT, FL, GA, IL, MA, MD, MO, NC, NM, NY, SD, TX, VA, WA, AR, AZ, refreshed weekly from public lottery prize-pool data. Window: 2025-11-19 to 2026-05-13. Median results are statistical; individual session outcomes will vary. Lottery games are games of chance. Not gambling advice. Methodology.

Playing the top-ranked game in a price tier can save you a meaningful share of your budget. That's the headline value the app captures by ranking games for you for free.

Why timing matters

Same ticket. Different odds.

Scratch-offs aren't static — they shift constantly as prizes get claimed and games age out. The trick is knowing which way they're moving.

What we won't fake

Some lotteries publish complete prize-pool data — every tier, every count, refreshed daily. Others publish only top-prize aggregates or partial tier breakdowns. Delaware, Pennsylvania, and a handful of others don't release enough public data for us to do this honestly. We could fill the gaps with assumptions and ship a number anyway. Some apps do.

We won't. Until those states open up enough public data, we'd rather tell you we can't help than pretend we can. Sorry.

FAQ

Straight answers

Does LottoLucky guarantee wins?
No — and we wouldn't make that claim. Lottery games are games of chance, and over their full life every scratch-off has negative expected value. What LottoLucky does is help you find the right game for your play goal so you lose less in the process. Going for a small win, the long-shot jackpot, or making your money last longer? Different goals, different right answers.
Is this affiliated with any lottery?
No. LottoLucky is fully independent. We're not endorsed by or connected to any state lottery commission.
Is the simulator real gambling?
No. It's purely for education and entertainment. No real money is wagered or won. It just shows you how a game might play out.
Where does the data come from?
Publicly available information from state lottery websites — odds, prize data, and remaining prizes. We scrape and analyze it daily.
What's Monte Carlo simulation?
A method that runs thousands of random scenarios to estimate outcomes. Instead of static odds, we simulate what happens when you play many times — so you see the realistic spread, not just the average.
Is LottoLucky free?
It's freemium. The download is free and includes a daily simulation allocation. PRO ($9.99/mo or $59.99/yr) or a $0.99 Daily Pass unlocks unlimited simulations, historical trend charts, and positive-EV alerts.
Will the app spam me with notifications?
No. Alerts are off by default and quiet by design. PRO subscribers can opt in to receive a notification when odds improve in their state, when a new top-prize-still-live ticket lands, or when a game finally turns positive. You control which alerts fire and how often.
