  • Images of lottery ticket snippets (small portions showing game name/number only)
  • OCR extracted text from tickets
  • Match results (whether our scanner correctly identified the game)
  • Confidence scores for scanner predictions
  • State and game information for matched tickets
Important
  • We never collect images of complete tickets or any information that could identify winning tickets or prizes
  • Barcode and serial number regions are explicitly excluded
  • This feature is OPT-IN and can be disabled at any time
  • Limited to 20 submissions per day per user

When you enable Scanner Improvements in Privacy Settings:

  • Build better text extraction models
  • Improve scanner performance for all users
Community Contribution
Your contributions help improve scanner accuracy for everyone. This feature is OPT-IN and limited to 20 submissions per day. Disable at any time in Settings → Privacy & Data → Scanner Improvements

2.4 Communication

  • Send important service announcements
  • Respond to customer support inquiries
  • Notify about subscription status changes
  • Alert about significant app updates

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in limited circumstances:

3.1 Service Providers

  • Firebase (Google) — Authentication, database, cloud storage, and analytics
  • Apple App Store — Subscription and payment processing
  • Cloud infrastructure providers — App hosting and data storage

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for providing services to us.

  • Scanner ML data: Anonymized immediately upon collection, retained for model training
  • Subscription history: Retained for legal and tax compliance (typically 7 years)
  • Support communications: Retained for 3 years
