Delete Your Account & Data
Applies to the LottoLucky app (iOS & Android) and account app.lottolucky.android.
You can permanently delete your LottoLucky account and the personal data tied to it at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Option 1 — Delete in the app
- Open LottoLucky and go to Settings (the gear icon, top right).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Review what will be removed, then confirm. You'll be asked to re-authenticate (enter your password, or confirm with Google) for security.
Your account and data are removed immediately when you confirm.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email us and we'll delete your account for you:
We verify ownership of the account and complete deletion within 30 days of a valid request (typically much sooner). We'll confirm by email when it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your account login (email / Google sign-in identity)
- Your profile and preferences (selected state, play style, budget)
- Notification and game-alert settings
- Your simulation history and saved/watched games
- Any approximate store-find locations you contributed to the community map
What may be retained
For legal, security, and financial-record reasons we may retain a limited set of data after deletion:
- Transaction / subscription records required for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes, kept only as long as the law requires.
- Aggregated or anonymized usage data that can no longer be linked to you.
Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on our normal backup rotation (within 90 days). See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Cancel your subscription separately
Deleting your account does
not cancel an active subscription. To stop future charges, cancel in
Google Play → Subscriptions
(Android) or
the App Store (iOS) before deleting.
This is permanent
Account deletion can't be undone. If you want to use LottoLucky again, you'll need to create a new account.
